On January 21, 2020, "Dialogue of Cultures" Peace School training was held at Kyiv school № 85. About 70 Ukrainian students from 14 Kyiv schools met with peers from South Korea.

It was a meeting of different cultures. In the beginning all participants welcomed each other, using greetings from different cultures.

The Korean students then introduced their country’s culture and sang songs in Korean and English.

After that, everyone was invited to play a variety of Korean games. Despite language barriers and cultural differences, all participants learned to understand each other and to work together toward one goal.

By the end of the program peers were able to freely talk with their new friends and exchange contacts. The day of the meeting coincided with Hugging Day, so all the people present embraced each other as a goodbye.
